Refund Policy
All products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you. With this, refunds and exchanges will not be offered except in the rare event you recieved a damaged item or the manufacturer made an error.
Non-Group, Group Cruise registration fees are non-refundable.
An exception can be made for any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items and must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received by selecting “Report a Problem” from your order’s email confirmation

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
